The Obedient General Worldwide Team has commenced grassroots engagement and movement-building across the Federal Capital Territory with a visit to Bannex Plaza, one of the prominent Obidient communities in Abuja.
The team held an engagement with the leadership and members of the Bannex Tenants Association, where discussions focused on strengthening unity, coordination and grassroots participation ahead of the 2027 general elections.

According to the group, the engagement is aimed at building a stronger and more coordinated movement from the grassroots, with plans to extend its activities to wards, communities, markets and neighbourhoods across Abuja.

The team said its message is centred on unity, organisation and mass mobilisation, as it seeks to consolidate support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 elections.
The Bannex Plaza engagement, the group said, marks the beginning of a wider grassroots mobilisation campaign across the FCT.
It described the initiative as an effort to “collapse our structures, strengthen our alignment and unite our energy” in preparation for the 2027 political season.
The group further urged members and supporters to remain organised and actively participate in grassroots activities as the movement expands across Abuja.
“One Movement. One Mission. One Nigeria. 2027: The Grassroots Must Be Ready,” the group said.
