Habeeba Isoyiza Adoke, a Nigerian lady, has recounted an encounter with a man at Zuba Park, Abuja, who expressed his intention to take a second wife due to issues with his current wife’s salary.
According to her, the man said he wants to take another wife because his wife, who works as a cleaner, doesn’t submit her N10k monthly salary to him.
“He said he wants to take another wife so I asked him why since he is a Christian.
“He said she is now controlling him in his house, after collecting salary she doesn’t submit to him.
“I asked how much is her salary, he said 10…as a cleaner. I nearly cried for the woman.”
