A Nigerian lady, Efemena, has shared how she narrowly escaped death following a gas leak in her apartment.
On February 2, 2025, she posted on X about perceiving a strong gas odour in her home. Five hours later, she passed out due to the leak.
Fortunately, her boss and colleagues contacted the caretaker who found her unconscious.
“I passed out 5hrs later after I made this tweet, alone in my apartment. Grateful for being able to quote this today. Thank you Jesus,” she wrote.
“I’d like to add that this happened exactly a week ago, and I got medical help. I work with the best set of humans in the world and my boss and colleagues literally saved my life and got in touch with my caretaker who found me in my home. God did.”
