Senator Natasha Hadiza Akpoti, representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, has alleged that Senate President Godswill Akpabio is targeting her due to her refusal of his romantic advances.
Speaking in an interview with Arise TV on Friday, Akpoti recounted an incident at Akpabio’s residence where he allegedly made advances toward her, which she rejected. She suggested that this rejection is the reason behind her recent issues with the Senate leadership.
Recall that after her seat was changed, Natasha protested which caused serious commotion in the Senate. She was later referred to the senate committee on ethics.
