Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, recently revealed the toughest defenders he has faced during his time in Italy. Osimhen identified Tottenham Hotspur’s Christian Romero and Chris Smalling of Roma as formidable opponents.
In an interview on TV Play with Mario Balotelli and Emiliano Viviano for Twitch, Osimhen recounted some of the highlights during his time in Italy.
When the Super Eagles star was asked about the hardest defenders he has faced, he replied: “Romero [from Tottenham, ex-Atalanta] is a really good defender. I had some difficult moments dealing with him.
“The other defender is Smalling – one of the strongest I’ve come across.”
