Mason Haynes, a longtime bodyguard who worked with the Kardashian-Jenner family and several high-profile celebrities, has died at the age of 52 following a road traffic accident.
According to a GoFundMe campaign created to support his family, Haynes died on July 4, just two days before his 53rd birthday.
Haynes was widely respected in the close-protection industry and spent years providing security for members of the Kardashian-Jenner family. He previously revealed that he had worked with Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and rapper Kanye West.
Beyond the Kardashian family, he also served as a bodyguard for several other prominent figures, including comedian Kevin Hart, rapper Nicki Minaj, singer Charlie Puth, and Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton.

Haynes was part of Kim Kardashian’s security team during the 2016 armed robbery in Paris, one of the most high-profile security incidents involving the reality television star.
Paying tribute, his employer, Trojan Security UK, described him as “an absolute legend” in the close-protection industry, sharing a photograph of Haynes alongside Kris Jenner and lamenting that he had died too soon.

A fundraiser established in his memory described Haynes as a devoted protector, mentor, and friend whose warmth and humour made everyone around him feel like family.
Organisers of the campaign said they had received hundreds of condolence messages from people whose lives he positively impacted throughout his career.
Haynes is survived by his wife, Fay, and their two children, Brooke and Noah.
