Kaduna Adopts Finland Education System; To Pay Teachers More – El-Rufai

El Rufai, The Governor of Kaduna state Wrote;

“Our
model for education is Finland �� ; a country with the world’s best
school system. In Kaduna, we intend to pay teachers higher than normal
civil service salaries because we believe in education. We are going to
get the best and brightest people to the teaching profession.”
