Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is holding a meeting with governors of the party, members of the National Working Committee (NWC) and Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) five days after his return from the United Kingdom
The meeting is aimed at putting all the controversy surrounding the campaign list of the party. The meeting which has been on for a few hours is taking place behind closed doors in Abuja, today 12th October 2022.
According to reports the 422-member campaign list initially released created bad blood within the party.
Today’s meeting is a follow-up to last week’s tripartite committee meeting aimed at harmonizing the party’s campaign council list.
