The Christian community in Plateau State is preparing for what organizers describe as one of the most significant evangelical events in recent years, as Take The Nations (TTN), in partnership with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Plateau State Chapter, formally announced the Jos Jesus Crusade scheduled to take place from December 17 to 21, 2025.

The announcement was made during a press conference held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at St. John’s College, Jos, where Evangelist Joshua Mape, Secretary of the Central Planning Committee, presented the official briefing on behalf of the organizing team.
The crusade will run daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and admission is free to all attendees.
A Landmark Spiritual Gathering for Plateau State
Organizers say the Jos Jesus Crusade is a divine mandate aimed at winning souls, strengthening unity among churches, and bringing transformational spiritual impact to the city. Churches from various denominations across Plateau State are collaborating to host the event, which is expected to draw thousands of worshippers.
The crusade will feature a powerful lineup of anointed gospel ministers, including popular singer Mallam Razphil, with more artists to be announced. Each night will feature vibrant praise, deep worship sessions, and opportunities for personal encounters with God.
Evangelist Daniel Du Toit to Lead the Crusade
The event will be led by Evangelist Daniel Du Toit, founder of Take The Nations, a ministry headquartered in South Africa and the United States. A protégé of the late Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, Du Toit has ministered in more than 27 countries with a strong emphasis on evangelism, healing, and spiritual transformation.
After praying for Nigeria for five years, Du Toit held his first crusade in the country in Offa, Kwara State, in 2024, followed by major crusades in Ede and Ile-Ife in 2025. His ministry began a northern outreach this year, conducting mass crusades in Kaduna before turning toward Jos.

Organizers say the same move of God witnessed in previous cities—marked by testimonies of healings and miracles—will be experienced in Jos.
Testimonies from Previous Crusades
Take The Nations crusades around the world have recorded testimonies such as:
- Blind eyes opened
- The lame walking
- The dead raised
- Creative miracles, including a child receiving new teeth
The Jos Jesus Crusade is anticipated to bring a fresh wave of healing, deliverance, breakthrough, and mass salvation, with many describing it as potentially the largest gathering in the city since the days of Reinhard Bonnke’s historic outreaches.
Build-Up Activities Underway
Ahead of the five-day crusade, the organizers have outlined several preparatory events and mobilization activities, including:
- Women’s Conference – December 13
- Ministers’ Conference – December 18–20
- Daily publicity rallies across Jos
- Two major Jesus Marches – December 10 and December 17
These activities aim to prepare the spiritual atmosphere and mobilize Christians from different backgrounds.
CAN Calls for Broad Participation
Representing the CAN Chairman, Rev. Dr. Dunka Gomwalk, the Secretary of CAN Plateau State, Pst. Julius Arabo, urged Christians across the state to participate actively, emphasizing that the crusade is an opportunity for a unified move of God in Plateau.
He extended the invitation not only to church members but to all residents of Plateau State and beyond, encouraging people to come with faith and expectations.
