The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates who participated in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can now begin the process of changing their preferred institutions and courses of study.

The announcement was made on Friday in a statement issued by JAMB’s spokesperson, Dr. Fabian Benjamin.

According to the board, candidates seeking to make corrections or changes are required to visit only accredited Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres approved by JAMB, stressing that the process cannot be carried out elsewhere.

JAMB also disclosed that the printing of official 2026 UTME result slips will commence on Monday, May 18, 2026, advising candidates to visit approved CBT centres to obtain their result slips.

The development comes weeks after the release of the 2026 UTME results, during which candidates were initially limited to checking their scores through SMS, as official result slip printing had not yet been activated.
