Media personality Jaafar Jaafar has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to investigate allegations of missing or stolen 24, 682 ballot papers meant for the Tofa/Rimingado/Dawakin Tofa federal constituency in Kano state.
Recall that INEC on Wednesday, February 22, began the distribution of sensitive electoral materials for the Saturday, February 25 presidential and National Assembly elections.
In a tweet posted on his handle, Jaafar wrote;

kindly investigate missing/stolen 24,682 ballot papers meant for Tofa/Rimingado/Dawakin Tofa Federal Constituency in Kano. Some party agents raised the alarm at the CBN collection center when they noticed that two cartons were tampered with.”
