The feud between Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, has escalated further after the actress accused him of using the police to assault and intimidate her family members.
In a recent Instagram story, Regina lamented the alleged brutality against her brother, saying police officers acting under Nwoko’s influence violently arrested him.
“Imagine the Nigerian police beating up my brother like a criminal. What exactly was the violent arrest for? Ned, you have power, connections, and money right? Wild for you to think I have none,” she wrote.
Regina further hinted that she could expose damaging secrets about the senator.
“What I wouldn’t want to do to you is let the man I once saw as an iroko fall before everyone because you bloody know your little girl Gina is capable of that!” she warned.

Expressing pain over how the situation might affect her children, she added:
“I just hate this feeling of wishing my boys’ father’s name remains a legacy. You know why? Boys don’t grow to change their surnames.”
Shortly after Regina’s outcry, Sweezy’s partner released a video confirming his arrest. She alleged that a police officer, pretending to be a potential homebuyer, lured Sweezy into a conversation before attempting to arrest him without cause.
According to her, the same officer also tried to detain Regina’s elder sister, sparking public outrage as bystanders demanded an explanation.
“When the officer was questioned about the reason for the arrest, he couldn’t provide any justification,” she claimed.
The video has since gone viral, drawing widespread criticism and calls for transparency from authorities.
Neither Senator Ned Nwoko nor the Nigerian Police have issued official comments regarding the allegations.
The ongoing dispute between the Daniels family and the senator continues to generate intense debate across social media platforms.
