Nigerian celebrity chef and entrepreneur, Hilda Baci, has announced that she is now a three-time Guinness World Records holder after discovering that she broke two records during a single cooking event.
The food entrepreneur shared the update on her Instagram page, revealing that she recently received an email from Guinness World Records confirming an additional record linked to her jollof rice cooking feat.
According to Hilda, she initially believed she had only broken the record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice. However, the confirmation later revealed that the same meal also set a new Guinness World Record for the largest serving of rice overall.
With her earlier record for the longest cooking marathon already secured, the latest recognition means Hilda now holds three Guinness World Records.
She described the discovery as both shocking and exciting, noting that she only became aware of the additional record months after the initial announcement while casually checking her emails.
Hilda also credited her partner, Oreoluwa Atinmo, for playing a significant role in the achievement, stressing that the success was driven by teamwork and a shared vision.
She expressed gratitude to her team, Guinness World Records, and supporters for their unwavering support, adding that the milestone is a special way to kick off the year 2026.
