The 58th Annual Grammy
Awards held in LA on Monday 15th of February 2016 at the Staples Centre
and as expected on music’s biggest night, the stars came out with their A
game fashion wise.
Very dominant on the red carpet was Black and white, however a few stars
like Taylor Swift and BFF Selena Gomez opted for a splash of color.
Other stars like Ellie Goulding and Florence Welch went with one of the
colors of 2016 Rose-quartz.
My best was Ciara in a thigh high slitted number, that she rocked with
confidence and effortless grace. Ellie Goulding, Zendaya, Giuliana
Rancic, a very pregnant Chrissy Tiegen and Demi Lovato looked very nice
too. I particularly liked that Zendeya took a risk with her androgynous
pants suit and she rocked it effortlessly.
The absolute worse of the night was Dencia, who went to the event
wearing a blinged out Pyjamas outfit she designed which belonged to the
circus more than anywhere else. Nicki Minaj and Rihanna were also
conspicuously absent on the red carpet and didn’t attend the award.
Rihanna we hear came down with bronchitis and her doctors advised her
to rest.
