First Republic Aviation Minister, Chief Mbazulike Amaechi died at the age of 93.
Amaechi was Nigeria’s first Aviation Minister and a prominent member of the Zikist Movement.
He died this morning 1st November 2022 in his hometown of Ukpor in Anambra State, aged 93 according to a statement released to newsmen.
The statement said the politician who was popularly known as The Boy Is Good, recently led a delegation of prominent Igbo leaders to Aso Rock where he made a case for the release of the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
