An incident involving a clash between youths and security personnel is currently unfolding in the Dilimi area of Jos North, Plateau State.
Our reporting team, present at the scene, witnessed a swift response from security personnel as tensions escalated. Despite the 24 hours curfew imposed, the youths in the area resisted security efforts, leading to a volatile situation.
As of the time of this report, the situation had become increasingly dangerous, with sporadic gunshots heard in the area. Authorities are actively working to bring the situation under control.
The Plateau State Government had imposed a 24hours curfew in Jos and bukuru metropolis.
