World-renowned footballer and Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly left Saudi Arabia in the early hours amid escalating conflict in the Middle East.

The 41-year-old Al Nassr captain flew to Madrid, Spain, aboard his personal £61 million Bombardier Global Express private jet. The flight, lasting nearly seven hours, departed Riyadh at 8 p.m. and landed around 1 a.m.

Ronaldo’s departure comes as Riyadh faces heightened tensions, with Iranian drone attacks striking the US embassy in the city and Iranian media reporting damage to a command and staff building in Bahrain.

Despite Al Nassr’s ongoing fight for the league title, Ronaldo reportedly chose safety amid the growing unrest, leaving the city where he resides for the duration of the conflict.
