Chelsea and African football legend, Didier Drogba, paid a courtesy visit to Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Monday, February 3, at the Lagos House, Marina.
The governor’s Senior Special Assistant on New Media, Jubril Gawat, shared a video of the meeting, showing Sanwo-Olu warmly welcoming Drogba and his team.
According to Gawat’s X post, Team Drogba and representatives of the E1 Racing Team interfaced with the governor.
He wrote, “Between Governor #jidesanwoolu and African Football Legend, #ChelseaFC Legend, Didier Drogba #didierdrogba this morning at the Lagos House, Marina, as Team Drogba and the Representatives of E1 Racing Team pays a courtesy visit to Mr governor.”
