Veteran Nollywood actress, Hilda Dokubo, has expressed her reaction to a viral video showing a member of the House of Representatives struggling to present a motion during plenary.
In the video, the lawmaker attempts to rescind a motion but struggles to communicate his message coherently. Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu can be heard offering corrections and guiding the lawmaker on how to properly express his thoughts.
Posting the video on her page and reacting to it, Dokubo wrote;
‘’Can we all give him a big round of applause.Kai! Can you all see why they don’t speak? Why those of us who can speak, annoy them?. See what a member of the house of representatives is doing to his people. Let me go and sleep bikonu”.
