One case of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Plateau State
Reports say a lady from kano was arrested by COVID-19 taskforce and a sample Spacemen of nasal and oropharyngeal swabs was
taking from her for test after quarantining her after which today Thursday 23rd April, 2020 it came out positive. It is also reported that she has been sent to isolation being the index case in the state.
Waiting for more details from the government…
Mr Daser David, The Director General Of Plateau State Information and Communication Technology Development Agency (PICTDA) and head of Plateau State Covid-19 Taske force Situation Room also made a post on twitter confirming the report.
The woman ran
from Kano to Jos. She is positive today. So we have a
case.

she showed a positive result from one of our quarantine centres. She was
arrested and quarantined so we are still good.
