A yet to be identified man has reportedly set himself on fire commits Self-immolation at the Government Forgiveness Garden in Jos the Plateau State Capital on Thursday morning of 31st of December
An eyewitness who spoke to matthewtegha Blog reporter said the man came in a keke Napep and proceeded to seat at the forgiveness garden for long hours after which the said man went on to pour fuel on his body and set himself ablaze.
The reason for the man’s act is yet to be ascertained as well as his identity remains unknown as at the time of filing this report.
You would recall that the Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong on the 7th of February, 2019, while marking Forgiveness Day, commissioned a Garden of Forgiveness and Peace at the center of Jos city in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.
