Reports reaching us indicates that a Federal Capital Territory High Court, Gudu, has found Joshua
Dariye, ex-Plateau governor guilty of misappropriating N1.16 billion
Ecological Fund meant for the state.
Justice Banjoko of the FCT High Court also found Joshua Dariye who
defected from PDP to APC in 2016 guilty of criminal breach of trust as
regards N250 million issued to Pinnacle Communications emanating from
the state’s Ecological Fund.
The Judge has slated next Tuesday for judgement.
