German international defender Antonio Rudiger has joined Spanish and European champions Real Madrid from Chelsea, both clubs confirmed on Thursday.
Rudiger who was out of contract at Chelsea, has signed a four-year deal in the Spanish capital, Real announced.
He will be expected to play alongside Eder Militao in the center of the team’s defensive line.
