Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Victor Ikpe, popularly known as Keivo, has been disqualified from the “Show Ya Sef” reality show after a disagreement with fellow housemate Tram escalated into a physical fight.
Big Brother announced Keivo’s disqualification on Tuesday, September 29, after showing the remaining housemates footage of the incident.
According to Big Brother, the confrontation amounted to a serious breach of the rules governing the conduct and safety of housemates.
“Keivo, as the perpetrator, has been removed from the house. He is therefore disqualified from the house,” Big Brother announced.
He also reminded the housemates that disagreements are inevitable but warned them against resorting to violence.
“Violence is never an option,” Big Brother said.
Before his removal, Keivo became emotional while explaining his actions.
He maintained that the disagreement was about more than the shirt, saying he was upset about being accused of taking something that did not belong to him.
Keivo also expressed concern that the incident could leave viewers with a negative impression of him and said he did not want his reputation to be defined by the confrontation.
Keivo’s disqualification changes the finale
Keivo’s disqualification comes just days before the conclusion of the BBNaija Season 11 “Show Ya Sef” edition.
His exit leaves nine housemates in the race for the ₦160 million grand prize, with the grand finale scheduled for Sunday, October 4, 2026.
The development has also generated reactions among BBNaija viewers, with some criticising Keivo for resorting to violence while others have questioned whether Tram should also face disciplinary action.
However, Big Brother’s official decision specifically identified Keivo as the perpetrator and confirmed his immediate disqualification from the competition.
Keivo’s disqualification means his bid for the BBNaija Season 11 ₦160 million prize has come to an abrupt end, following a physical confrontation that began over a shirt just days before the finale.
