A mobile Barber, Dope Cutz was seen on the streets of Jos on Wednesday offering free hair cuts to youths who have Permanent Voters Card PVC
He said the initiative was a form of political sensitization for youth participation and a drive to encourage youths to know the importance of their PVCs and that their votes count as such make sure they use it wisely’
Abraham Elisha Mendos popularly known as Dope Cuts said that the initiative will continue as a drive to tell persons who have registered for their PVCs to go and collect as the distribution has started.
Youths were seen getting free haircuts at the popular Old Airport Roundabout with music and sensitization messages.
