President Muhammadu Buhari has charged delegates at the ongoing
national convention of the All Progressives Congress, APC, to continue
to keep faith with the party.
He told them to subjugate their personal interests for the party’s.
President Buhari also tasked aggrieved members to give peace a chance.
He said: “Unresolved crisis in the party is a price we need to pay
for success. Those who bear the grievances should keep faith with the
Party until things are put right.
“Let us put party ahead of personal consideration and accept the outcome of the elections.”
President Buhari further commended those who adopted consensus
candidates, noting that it has brought healing in the states and zones.
