A security outfit in Anambra state has sparked controversy after announcing that women seen publicly without bras or panties will be arrested.
The announcement, made by a man using a loudspeaker, went viral after it was shared online.
In the video, the man explains that the directive comes directly from the state governor, Chukwuma Soludo. The announcement further stated that women who are seen in public wearing only panties will also face arrest.
The video has sparked mixed reactions.
