Hon. Alfred Emberga has been sworn in as the new Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly.
The oath of office was administered today, shortly after the resignation of the former Speaker earlier in the day.
The swearing-in ceremony, witnessed by members of the Assembly, marks a new chapter in the leadership of the state legislature.
