The President of the 10th Senate, Godswill Akpabio, has dismissed reports claiming that he collapsed and was airlifted to London for medical treatment.
Responding to the allegation, the Senate President’s Consultant on Communications and Strategy, Kenny Okolugbo, described the report as false.
Speaking with Daily Post on the matter, Okolugbo said, “It’s a lie, fake news,” without providing further details.
The denial follows a report circulated on Monday by an online news platform which alleged that Akpabio collapsed and was flown on a private jet to London for treatment.
