The Nigerian government has released N3 billion to support the Super Eagles’ campaign at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
According to SCORENigeria, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is expecting additional funds to cover the team’s growing tournament expenses.
The NFF has confirmed that each player will receive $30,000 for reaching the Round of 16. Additional bonuses will be paid if Eric Chelle’s men secure victory against Mozambique in their next match.
The Super Eagles are set to face the Mambas at the Complexe Sportif de Fès next Monday. If they advance, they will meet either Algeria or the Democratic Republic of Congo in the quarter-finals.
