The Student Union Government president and the financial secretary of the University of Jos have been accused to have allegedly withdrawing up to the sum of N1million without the knowledge of the other officials of the union.
Reports reaching us indicate that the EXCO in a counter move has signed a petition to checkmate the supposed fraudulent activity of the SUG president and financial secretary.
An online platform @IamSocialMallam posted with the written petition.
Its so unfortunate that the S.U.G president and the finiacial secretary of UniJos have withdraw the sum of 1,000,000 without the knowledge of the other EXCOs and the money can’t be accounted for.
The 9 other EXCOs have signed a petition to checkmate the fraudulent activity.
The move by the excos have been applauded as many await further investigation and response from the dean of the student affairs division and the student representative assembly.
