TELL US ABOUT VICTOR PRINCE DICKSON AS A BRAIN DEVELOPER,INVENTOR AND A TRUE NIGERIAN?
I am a Thinker, Solutionist and Creative expert. I write scripts, direct, teach and create resource materials to facilitate thinking and Mind Development. I also work with El-spice Media Group (the famous content providers with headquarter in Jos). It is based on this identity that I invented the Kommon Sense Card game and also founded Micro-Reality Thinking Academy: a home grown Thinking Methodology. Thinking Field Workbook is our latest effort towards the Thinking Revolution. This is why I prefer to be known as a SOLUTIONIST.
As for my passion for Nigeria, it is not a choice, it is a necessity.
WHAT IS MICRO-REALITY THINKING ACADEMY ABOUT?
Micro-Reality is a specific Thinking Methodology that reviews the past in other to understand it and then recreate the future in other to enjoy it, using the principles of Deconstruction and Simulation. What makes Micro-Reality the best compared to other platforms around Nigeria and Africa is that we have succeeded in created Original Thinking Methods. It is not borrowed from any institution or system from the west. It is home grown and original but globally applicable.
In fact we have been listed as one of the globally recognized Thinking Methods, alongside SWOT, SCAMPER etc. Micro-Reality is divided into platforms; for now, our quarterly class where we unveil our latest Thinking Apps. and our Mobile Van platform where we train staff and organization on how to acquire mental data, store, organize ,process and reprocess them into strategic weapon that will guarantee success.
HOW WERE YOU INSPIRED AND WHAT’S YOUR MOTIVATION FOR SUCH A BOOK?
Look around you and tell me if you are happy with what is going on? For me I am not. After conducting numerous researches my observation is that we think less and feel more. Most of the calamity that has befallen us as individuals, nation and continent is because we have been cloned into thinking less and feeling more. It is because we do not think that we look helpless, confused and frustrated. There is usually no problem that comes to any one or group that has no solution, but you have to THINK OUT the solution.
Other countries are facing the same problems Nigeria is facing, but because they have Thinkers (Solutionist) they always come out better. That is why they keep investing on Human capital and capacity building. The long slavery, from Slave trade to Colonialism and to Militarism and to Politricks and then Religionism has rendered the average Nigeria mentally passive but emotionally active. Not to mention the damage that most of the Motivational speakers have brought to the table based on value conflict and the archive mentality of a large portion of our educational system.
I wrote Thinking Field to address these whole weaknesses because it is time to stop
TALKING CHANGE, it is time to DO CHANGE.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF THINKING ACADEMY AND MICRO-REALITY TO AN INDIVIDUAL, GROUP OR INSTITUTION?
In one word, CHANGE. It teaches you how to process data and information. With Micro-Reality and at the Thinking Academy: we do not teach you the Seven Secrets of Success (SSS), we teach you how to observe, learn, generate, store and distribute knowledge. In fact, we guide you through the economics of knowledge. The present Knowledge Economy is very demanding; you need to know before you can succeed, if you don’t you will surely perish. Our emphasis is just to equip you and your organization. Especially those who want to make a difference. With us you will understand and acquire Creative Thinking, Strategic Thinking, Tactical Thinking Critical Thinking… etc without pain.
IS THERE REALLY POWERS IN BOTH POSITIVE AND NAGETIVE THINKING?
Well Mathew be honest, have you not really thought of something very very positively but yet it did not happen? There are a lot of lies, bias and prejudice with regards to Positive and Negative Thinking. However, I have answered them in ‘THINKING FIELD’, just get a copy and you will understand what really is Positive Or Negative Thinking, the origin of our thoughts, the position of the mind, the difference between the brain and your mind, how religion affects our thinking and how our thought construct our DNA.
DO YOU HAVE ANY MENTORS FOR THE BOOK?
Every thinking about Micro-Reality Thinking Academy and thinking is about nature. Of course we have been inspired by a couple of people but Nature is my mentor, which is why, all our Thinking apps: 60 SECONDS, SPANIS WEB AND ACT-RIBBON are all models of nature.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE THOUGHT OF A NIGERIAN?
The Average Nigerian doesn’t think; they feel, they are very emotional, that is why they are bitter and angry. As a race, Nigerians are good people but over a long period of time events have cloned them into bundle of bias and prejudiced people. So they think in the small ‘t circle’ (when you study Thinking Field you will understand what small ‘t circle’ is). That is why everybody seems to be complaining about the problems rather than effect tangible solutions. An average Nigeria is cunning, street smart but not strategic. An average Nigerian sees the small picture not the big picture, which is why our success is usually short lived.
DO PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO THINK?
Yes! The success of every country today depends on Thinking. In fact, Globalization is just a game of thinkers, Business is a sport of thinking. Leadership is a lifestyle of thinking, Diplomacy is thinking redefined. Slavery is now practice at a thinking level. The best way to control you is to out-think you. Presently there is a trend known as HEAD HUNTING, it is a practice in the corporate world that hunts for thinkers. Thinking is now a skill, a science and an art. So please tell me, should people really not learn to think?
HOW FAR DO YOU EXPECT THE REACH OF THE BOOK, IS IT ONLY FOR NIGERIANS?
Thinking Field is not only for Nigerians, but I wish Nigerians will optimize it. It is for the global community, for those who understand that we are now in the Knowledge Economy, where knowledge is power, where information and data are the most important shares. Thinking Field is for those who have chosen to change the PARADIGM and design the FUTURE.

By 2015, with the help of our Maker, we will further this THINKING REVOLUTION with a publication, THINKING GUIDE, as well as release the Thinking Field Software: T-FIELD, and other resources on the platform of EL-SPICE MEDIA GROUP.
