The Presidential Election Petitions Court, presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani, has confirmed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the February 25, 2023, Presidential election. This ruling came on Wednesday night.
The court struck out all the petitions filed by the Labour Party, PDP and APM.

Meanwhile, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu celebrated his win at the Tribunal with his close associates in a viral video.
Recall that the President is currently in India for the G20 summit but has top APC supporters including the Vice President, Kashim Shettima arrive in court to witness the final proceedings.
A video shared online showed the President monitoring the proceedings of the court via a TV set.
After his election was affirmed, he was congratulated by his son, Seyi Tinubu and others present with him in India.
