The Nigerian national football team, the Super Eagles, have resumed training in Morocco following a brief disruption over unpaid bonuses.
The squad reportedly skipped Tuesday’s training session ahead of their 2026 World Cup Qualifiers playoff against Gabon, citing unsettled financial incentives.
Sources from the team’s camp confirmed that the dispute has now been resolved after discussions between the players and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
With the matter settled, the Super Eagles are set to continue full preparations for Thursday’s crucial clash against the Gabonese national team, the Panthers.
Further updates on the team’s training and lineup are expected shortly.
