… LP, PDP, APGA, SDP, and NNPP Senators Are Working ‘harmoniously’ – Shehu Sani
Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, has alleged that senators elected on the platform of opposition parties are working in collaboration with their counterparts from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Sani made the claim in a post on X while reacting to a recent remark by Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, who described defectors as cowards.
According to the former lawmaker, the Senate chamber’s opposition section is gradually becoming empty, even though many opposition senators have not officially defected.
He wrote:
“The opposition sits on the left-hand side of the Senate President in the Chamber. It appears that the side is becoming empty.
The Bauchi Governor reportedly called the defectors ‘cowards’.
The truth is that even without defections, the LP, PDP, APGA, SDP, and NNPP senators are working ‘harmoniously’ with the ruling party senators.”
