Emerging Nigerian artist, Riich Mic, has officially dropped his latest single, “Ife Mi,” a heartfelt song celebrating love, just in time for the Valentine’s season.

Riich Mic’s Journey and Vision
Born Michael Chinaza Iroh, Riich Mic is a talented artist from Nigeria’s Middle Belt region. His passion for music started at a young age, inspired by his family’s love for singing. He began his musical journey in the church choir before evolving into a mainstream artist.
Having previously released his debut single “De Go,” Riich Mic continues to prove his commitment to delivering quality music. Speaking about the inspiration behind “Ife Mi,” he explained that the song was written to celebrate love, not just for Valentine’s Day but as a universal theme that transcends seasons.
“Love is a universal language, and this song is my way of spreading that message. Whether it’s between couples, friends, or family, love is something we should appreciate every day,” he said.

Riich Mic also revealed plans for an Extended Play (EP) set to be released later this year. He expressed his dedication to growing his music catalog and reaching a wider audience.
Commenting on the entertainment industry in the Middle Belt, he acknowledged the challenges artists face, particularly in terms of funding and investment. However, he remains optimistic about the region’s potential to thrive with the right support.
“We have the talent, but we need more investment to push Middle Belt entertainment to the national and global stage,” he noted.
