President Tinubu Holds Closed-Door Security Meeting with Service Chiefs at Presidential Villa

President Bola Tinubu is currently holding a closed-door meeting with Nigeria’s top security officials to address the country’s escalating security challenges.

The session is reported to be taking place at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, bringing together key figures in the nation’s security architecture.

Those present include Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyode; Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice-Marshal Kelvin Aneke; Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Idi Abbas; Chief of Defence Intelligence, Major General EAP Undiendeye; and Chief of Army Staff, Major General Waidi Shaibu.

Also in attendance are the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, and the Director-General of the Department of State Services, Tosin Ajayi.

As of filing, details of the discussions and decisions from the meeting have not been disclosed.
