The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has commenced collation of results of the supplementary governorship election in Plateau state.
The state returning officer and Vice chancellor of Benue state
University Professor Richard Kumbir kick started the exercise some
minutes ago.
Some of the returning officers from the local governments have arrived the INEC headquarters in Jos.
Returning Officers from the nine local governments where the make-up
election held are expected to turn in their results for INEC to announce
the winner of the Governorship election.
