The President Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association (NAOWA) Mrs. Salamatu F Yahaya has showered encomiums on the Chairperson 3 Division Chapter, Mrs. Hauwa Sa’id Ali, for her commitment to the advancement of the Nigerian Army Officers Wives Association (NAOWA) through structural development and bequeathal of sustainable legacies.

Mrs. Salamatu F Yahaya made this known on Thursday 19 January 2023 at Maxwell Khobe Cantonment, Jos Plateau State while commissioning the newly built 3 Division NAOWA secretariat, Jos.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Yahaya noted with delight that the secretariat is in tune with her vision of “Sustaining Legacies and Upholding the Tenets of Unity and Service” in the Nigerian Army Officers Wives Association (NAOWA).

“This Commissioning Ceremony is heartwarming and very significant to me because precisely on 18 November 2021, which is barely 14 months ago, we commissioned the NAOWA 3 Division Skill Acquisition Center after
which I laid the foundation stone for the construction of this Secretariat and today by the grace of the Almighty I had the privilege to commission the NAOWA 3 Division Chapter Secretariat”.
“It is worthy of note that the NAOWA 3 Division Skill Acquisition Center, which was completed and commissioned by the outgoing Chairperson 3 Division Chapter Mrs. Hauwa Sa’id Ali, was originally initiated by her predecessor but she ensured the completion, commissioning, and operationalization of the Center”.
“Additionally, she initiated and completed this magnificent NAOWA Secretariat which we have commissioned today. Her actions are indeed pointers to the fact that she is in tune with my vision of “Sustaining Legacies and Upholding the Tenets of Unity and Service”. Mrs. Yahaya Added

In her remarks, Chairperson NAOWA 3 Division Chapter, Mrs. Hauwa Sa’id Ali, that the secretariat has a conference hall and 8 self-contained offices for the Chairperson and her Principal Staff Officers. She said, “This will go a long way in providing a conducive working environment and a spacious conference hall for NAOWA activities in 3 Division Chapter”.
Mrs. Hauwa Sa’id also showered praises on her husband, the outgoing General Officer Commanding 3 Division and Commander OPERATION SAFE HAVEN Maj Gen I.S Ali for his untiring support to NAOWA 3 Division chapter and gratitude to the members of NAOWA 3 Division Chapter, the Principal Staff Officers, Commanders, Officers and Men of 3 Division Nigerian Army for their support to NOAWA 3 Division Chapter.
