Reports reaching our news desk are that some hoodlums today October 24, 2020 attempted breaking into NASCO marketing to loot. Our source reveals that the hoodlums gathered at the gate of NASCO marketing trying to get access to the premises to loot, but for the timely intervention of security personal that prevented any criminal activity.

You will recall that earlier today in Jos residents invaded the palliatives warehouse along Bukuru and JIB where they vandalized and looted all the palliatives stored in the warehouse.
However a press release has been sent to call for restrain; READ Below-
ALERT: ATTEMPTS TO BREAK NASCO WAREHOUSE IN JOS FOR ICRC STOCK
This is to clarify that Plateau State Government does not have any covid-19 food supplies in NASCO warehouse in Jos, Central Nigeria.
The International Committee of the Red Cross has for long stored items meant for victims of disaster in the warehouse.
It is understood that tempers are high and citizens who may habour bitterness against Government want to fight back, through among others, breaking into facilities where government covid-19 supplies are believed to have been kept.
However, caution should be taken not to aggravate the sufferings of others. Those targeting the NASCO warehouse should be guided please.
