Plateau State Governor, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has congratulated Ayo Omotayo on the renewal of his appointment as Director-General of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru.
In a congratulatory message, the governor expressed appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for renewing Omotayo’s tenure for another four years, describing the reappointment as well deserved.
Mutfwang noted that Omotayo’s leadership at the institute has been impactful, highlighting the policy and governance initiatives introduced under his watch, which he said have continued to strengthen national policy development.
The governor also acknowledged the strong working relationship between Plateau State and NIPSS during Omotayo’s tenure, particularly in the areas of policy engagement and security collaboration. According to him, these efforts have contributed to the relative peace and stability currently experienced in the state.
He further described Omotayo as a distinguished scholar and administrator whose commitment to research, policy formulation, and intellectual excellence has continued to support solutions to national challenges and promote good governance.
On behalf of the Plateau State government and its people, Mutfwang wished the NIPSS Director-General renewed wisdom, good health, and strength to continue serving the nation in his role.
