Nigerian music stars Adekunle Gold and Simi have welcomed twins, marking another joyous milestone in their family.
The award-winning singer shared the happy news on his Snapchat story on Wednesday, writing:
“Asked God for another child and he blessed me double.”
The couple has not yet revealed the gender of the newborns, but fans, fellow celebrities, and industry colleagues have poured in warm congratulations.
Speculation about the arrival of another child began in December 2025, when Simi shared an Instagram video captioned:
“From my baby, for my babies.”
The clip, which highlighted her growing baby bump, fueled excitement among fans about the couple’s expanding family.
Their latest blessings come just weeks after Simi promoted a scene from Adekunle Gold’s recently released music video, “My Love is the Same,” stirring further anticipation among supporters.
Adekunle Gold and Simi, who married in 2019 after years of friendship and musical collaboration, remain one of Nigeria’s most admired entertainment power couples. Both artists previously signed with X3M Music before achieving mainstream success.
The couple welcomed their first child, Adejare Kosoko (Deja), in May 2020.
