Veteran Nollywood actress Chioma Akpotha became visibly emotional after clinching the Best Lead Actress award at the 2025 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) for her powerful performance in Seven Doors.
The Nollywood actress shared a video on Instagram showing the moment she broke down in tears, clearly overwhelmed by the win.
Captioning the clip, she simply wrote: “Thank you Jesus!!! Words fail me.”
It was obvious the actress hadn’t seen it coming.
