Controversial relationship therapist Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has spoken out following the arrest of her fiancé, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, also known as IVD.

The popular auto dealer was reportedly apprehended by the Lagos State Police Command at the airport while attempting to travel to Qatar. His arrest is said to be connected to an ongoing investigation into a 2022 domestic violence case involving the tragic death of his wife, Bimbo Ogbonna.

The relationship therapist took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to defend her fiancé IVD, stating that he is innocent and that he is being unfairly targeted.
She emphasised that she would not stand by while he is allegedly bullied and exploited.
“They are pushing me so hard. I will drop this love and come out with my full garment. They are bullying IVD, and it’s getting out of hand. IVD is innocent. I am not a coward, these people are using my man, I won’t tolerate this anymore,” she said.
In another post on Instagram, Blessing CEO addressed the circumstances surrounding IVD’s arrest, questioning the lack of a formal case file or official charges against him.
She highlighted that his passport was recently replaced after being missing for two years and that there was no existing court order preventing him from travelling.
The soon-to-be wife further claimed that the police have indicated IVD will remain in custody until Monday, despite the absence of a formal statement.
Blessing CEO characterized the situation as a display of power and emotional manipulation, alleging that IVD has been subjected to pressure and threats since the case began three years ago.
