Ambassador Dr. Nendi Ruth Fidelis has been conferred with a PhD in Forensic Traditional and Natural Medicine by Erudite University, Jos—an affiliate of the American Heritage University of Southern California, USA. The conferment took place during the inaugural lecture and doctorate awards ceremony organised by Pathfinder Theological Seminary Nigeria on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Believers Overflow Ministry in Jos, Plateau State.

Dr. Nendi, a prominent advocate for peace and women’s empowerment, has previously been honoured by the International Association of World Peace Advocates (IAWPA) for her contributions to peacebuilding and philanthropy across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. She currently serves as the Plateau State Chairperson of No Woman, No Nation an NGO and the Nigerian President of RESAFEL, a continental network of women leaders established in 16 African countries.
Chancellor of the institution, Amb. Prof. Felix Obajafa, while addressing the graduating class, commended their dedication and urged them to continue learning beyond the classroom.
“We are graduating students who have gone through rigorous training, but this is not the end of learning,” he said. “A leader is a learner. If you stop learning, you stop growing. And if you stop growing, you lose your leadership.”
Prof. Obajafa emphasized the institution’s mission to train competent Christian leaders equipped for the complexities of contemporary society. He appealed for support towards ongoing infrastructural needs, including land acquisition, office equipment, and preparations for upcoming accreditation exercises.
Speaking to journalists after receiving her doctorate, Dr. Nendi expressed gratitude to God and reaffirmed her commitment to humanitarian service.
“What motivates me is that in all I do, the name of God should be glorified,” she said. “People should expect more from me. As the CEO of Nanruka Nigerian Ltd., a Chinese therapy centre, I have been touching lives—rich, poor, and the poorest. With this PhD, I’m determined to do even more.”
She acknowledged the many challenges facing vulnerable Nigerians and called on well-meaning individuals to support humanitarian efforts.

Earlier, keynote speaker Prof. Sunday Olawuyi delivered a lecture on Boosting Social Entrepreneurship and Social Enterprise Development for Wealth Creation, highlighting how innovative business models can drive sustainable growth and address socio-economic challenges in Nigeria.
The event attracted academics, religious leaders, community stakeholders, and family members who gathered to celebrate the new graduates and their achievements.
Ambassador Dr. Nendi Ruth Fidelis’ remarks underscored her unwavering commitment to service, compassion, and continuous self-development. With her new academic achievement, she reaffirmed her dedication to expanding her humanitarian impact, particularly through her therapy centre and advocacy work. She emphasized that despite the challenges faced by many Nigerians, she remains motivated to uplift others and encouraged the public to join in supporting vulnerable communities. Her message reflected not only gratitude but a renewed resolve to do more, serve better, and ensure that every step she takes brings glory to God and hope to those in need.
