All Set for Plateau Interdenominational Unity Christmas Carols and Praise Festival
The much-anticipated Plateau State Interdenominational Unity Christmas Carols and Praise Festival begins today, November 29, 2024, at the Ten Commandments Prayer Altar, Du, Jos South Local Government Area.
The three-day event, organized by the Plateau State Government in collaboration with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), promises to unite people in worship and celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.
The festival will feature prominent dignitaries, including former Head of State Gen. Yakubu Gowon, former President Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo, and Amb. Prof. Mary Lar. Renowned gospel artist Solomon Lange will lead the music ministry.
Activities kick off at 3:30 PM daily, with Governor Caleb Mutfwang hosting the event as part of his administration’s efforts to promote peace, unity, and tourism in Plateau State.
