The Plateau State Government has announced a further relaxation of the curfew in the Jos-Bukuru metropolis, following recent improvements in the area’s security situation.
Effective Sunday, August 11, 2024, residents will now be permitted to conduct their daily activities between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, pending further review.
This decision, made by Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang after extensive consultations with security agencies, reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to balance public safety with the need for normalcy in the region.
