The Supreme Court has announced a date for delivering judgments on the appeals lodged by Atiku Abubakar/the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi/Labour Party (LP) in response to the September 6 ruling by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).
The PEPC upheld the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the last presidential election.
The apex court has scheduled the judgments for Thursday, October 26, as confirmed by notices sent to the parties involved.
A seven-member panel of the court, headed by Justice John Okoro, heard the appeals on Monday and reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to parties.
