Nigerian musician Seun Kuti has expressed his belief that the popular reality show Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) should focus on being impactful to the youth and promoting national progress rather than just making money for the organizers.
Speaking on the podcast “Theyarntalkshow,” which aired on Monday, September 25, Seun Kuti argued that BBNaija, with its massive viewership and influence, has the potential to contribute to social good and national development.
“Big Brother Naija should have been designed for providing solutions for national development,” Kuti proclaimed. He envisioned participants competing by devising impactful initiatives to uplift communities.
