In a recent shakeup of manager Mauricio Pochettino’s backroom staff, Chelsea first-team coach Bruno Saltor has resigned, as reported by Sky Sports News.
The departure was a result of a mutual agreement between Saltor and the club, leading to the termination of his contract, which had two years remaining.
The 42-year-old came to Chelsea as part of Graham Potter’s coaching staff.
He acted as Blues caretaker boss, when Potter was sacked after just 31 matches in charge.
Saltor and Potter worked together at Brighton where the Spaniard was a youth development coach.
However, Pochettino has yet to decide whether to bring in Salto’s replacement.
